Practice this Week
We have practice Monday-Friday this week! We do not have Wednesday evening practice due to the FMY meet. We will no longer have Friday PM practice due to the summer. Gold AM practice: Parents please be on time to pick up your athletes.

Summer Meet Schedule Entries Due Dates
Home Meet - June 6th (DUE THIS THURSDAY!)
FMY MEET INFORMATION - Wednesday, June 5th
Warmups will begin at 5:00PM. Meet begins at 6:15PM. Athletes arrive by 4:45PM.
Location: Hulbert Aquatic Center
ALEX MEET INFORMATION
We have the ALEX meet this weekend! Friday evening warmup start at 5:00PM and meet starts at 6PM. Arrive by 4:45PM. Saturday warmups start at 6:15AM, meet starts at 7:20AM. Arrive by 6:00AM. Sunday warmups start at 7:50AM. Meet starts at 9AM. Arrive by 7:40AM. All athletes who are participating in the lake swim need to be at the Lake at 11:30AM to get lake numbers. We will keep you updated with any changes to the schedule.
Pool Location:
Discovery Middle School, 520 Mckay Avenue North, Alexandria, MN 56308
Lake Location:
Alexandria City Park Lake Agnes/Lake Henry.

Our team pictures are in! Make sure to take time to pick them up sometime this week!
We are hosting our FIRST long course meet this summer on June 22nd. We need ALL the help we can get for this meet! Please see the volunteer sign-up below and make sure to volunteer! Friendly reminder we host 1-2 meets a year to help keep costs down for our families.
Campout/Banquet
We have our date for our Red Dragon Olympics, Campout and our banquet! The Red Dragon Olympics is open to all ages and is on August 10th. The campout, 12 and older only, will be on August 10th and the banquet will be on August 11th. All athletes attending the Red Dragon Olympics or Campout need to register. Please go to the Meets/Events page and register there.
Taking a Break?
If you are taking a break this month please let me know by the 25th for your payments to be paused. To know if your payments have been paused go into the GoMotion App and your athlete should be listed as "suspended".
