We have practice Monday-Friday this week! We will no longer have Friday PM practice due to the summer. Gold AM practice: Parents please be on time to pick up your athletes. We do NOT have Friday AM practice due to the Aberdeen Meet.

ALEX MEET RECAP
FANTASTIC JOB to our Red Dragons who attended the ALEX meet! The lake swim was another success! There were alot of personal best this past weekend! Awesome job Red Dragons!
Aberdeen Meet Information
We have the Aberdeen meet this weekend! Make sure to pack your lawnchairs! We will have our team tents at the pool! Timeline will be sent out later this week as we are waiting to find out what warmup group we are! If you are swimming the 1500 on Friday please be at the pool at 11:00AM.

We are hosting our FIRST long course meet this summer on June 22nd. We need ALL the help we can get for this meet! Please see the volunteer sign-up below and make sure to volunteer! Friendly reminder we host 1-2 meets a year to help keep costs down for our families.
Campout/Banquet
We have our date for our Red Dragon Olympics, Campout and our banquet! The Red Dragon Olympics is open to all ages and is on August 10th. The campout, 12 and older only, will be on August 10th and the banquet will be on August 11th. All athletes attending the Red Dragon Olympics or Campout need to register. Please go to the Meets/Events page and register there.
Taking a Break?
If you are taking a break this month please let me know by the 25th for your payments to be paused. To know if your payments have been paused go into the GoMotion App and your athlete should be listed as "suspended".
