We have practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday this week! We do not have practice on Wednesday this week. We will no longer have Friday PM practice due to the summer. Gold AM practice: Parents please be on time to pick up your athletes.

ABERDEEN MEET RECAP
Our first outdoor long course meet is in the books! Awesome job to our Red Dragons! There were so many fast swims and a new STATE time!
We are hosting our FIRST long course meet this weekend! I will be sending our meet program and timeline our this week. I will also send out times to arrive at the pool for all families who are volunteering for the meet. We need ALL the help we can get for this meet! Please see the volunteer sign-up below and make sure to volunteer! Friendly reminder we host 1-2 meets a year to help keep costs down for our families. This meet is at the Hulbert Aquatic Center!

Campout/Banquet
We have our date for our Red Dragon Olympics, Campout and our banquet! The Red Dragon Olympics is open to all ages and is on August 10th. The campout, 12 and older only, will be on August 10th and the banquet will be on August 11th. All athletes attending the Red Dragon Olympics or Campout need to register. Please go to the Meets/Events page and register there.
Taking a Break?
If you are taking a break this month please let me know by the 25th for your payments to be paused. To know if your payments have been paused go into the GoMotion App and your athlete should be listed as "suspended".
